The Maimonides Aortic Center is committed to enhancing care for those impacted by aortic disease and your insights are invaluable. Whether you are a patient or have a family history of aortic disease, they invite you to participate in their brief, anonymous survey. This survey is part of a multi-year research study aimed at refining care for those affected by aortic disease. Your feedback will help them better understand the impact your diagnosis has on your mental health and quality of life, guiding us in improving treatment and services.
