Today is Topic Tuesday at Aortic Hope!

Did you know that we can send out a little something special to survivors/caregivers during their Aortaversary month?

This initiative is called Hope Mail! It's free! Simply fill out this form and we will send you a small little special something to help you celebrate your Aortaversary!

Prior items we have sent have been stress balls, light up key chains, awareness bracelets, fridge magnets, pill cases, screen wipes and so much more!

If you want to know what this year's items are, fill out the form! Unfortunately, anyone whose Aortaversary has already passed in 2021, you will have to wait until 2022.
