ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) "coined in 2010, is a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body. Also known as "brain massage," it's triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles."
How can ASMR be a useful tool and this aortic disease community? Some important topics that we've talked about and discussed in our community are insomnia, anxiety, and even EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). We have found YouTube videos about each of those topics.
