Aortic Hope has started a MOVEMENT for MOVEMENT!!!

️As we all know, doing nothing is doing something however, many of us need some support to simply get moving (whatever that may be for you)
So, it's time to do something, anything...just MOVE!
️Following your doctor's orders, do whatever he/she has cleared you to do. This can be sit and fold laundry, walk to the mailbox, walk around the mall, stroll outside, walk around the inside of your home, try the stairs....whatever you do, just MOVE!
