❤️ Since 2017, Aortic Hope has been offering Support Group meetings led by patients, survivors, caregivers and those grieving. "By the community, for the community" is how we believe support should be provided.
❤️At times, a guest speaker may join the first half of a meeting to help everyone navigate their emotions and to help provide accurate information to some of your most important questions.
