Happy New Year, Survivors!

New Year—New Movement Goal

The start of a new year is the perfect time to join us at Aortic Hope for our Movement for Movement Mondays. Every other Monday, starting January 6th, we will check in with you and post motivational tips and tricks to get your body moving! It is crucial for us, as survivors, to keep moving and not give up! Focus on YOU and set a goal that protects your health and uplifts your spirit. Let’s make intentional movement part of our daily lives this year!


Goal: Commit to 20 minutes of daily movement—walking, stretching, or light exercise. It’s not about perfection; it’s about consistency and celebrating progress. If 20 minutes is too much, break it down into 2 separate 10-minute movements. This doesn't have to be hard. Start a timer, get up, and clean—do something—move!


Why This Matters: Movement keeps your heart and body strong, boosts mental health, and reminds you of the strength you’ve shown as a survivor.


Call to Action: Let’s kick off the year together! Comment on your social media platforms with your first move of 2025 and tag us with #MovementForMovement. Let’s cheer each other on as we start this new chapter!
