Kevin Songer is an AD survivor who dissected in 2011 in Jacksonville, Fl. and has since focused his health management and healing working with Mayo Clinic and supplementing the quality of his dissection life with nature based activities such as wildlife and field recording along with Qigong exercises.

Kevin has been training under Qigong expert Marisa Cranfill. He and his wife, Judy, both teach Qigong on a weekly basis in Tallahassee. Kevin's approach to exercising with AD is based in working with fun, easy movements, seated or standing while incorporating nature-focused meditation. Kevin likes to say, "Motion is Lotion".

Please consult your doctor before participating in any exercise program!
