Come take your mind off of Aortic Disease and join Aortic Hope and Diane Bishop, the Aortic Artist for our Arts & Crafts event, Tuesday, February 12th at 7pm EST on AHTV our YouTube channel.
This week Diane will be reviewing brushes, brush strokes and acrylic paint.
To participate you will need the following:
Acrylic paint from the Dollar Store, Michaels or Walmart
Brushes (Five Below or the Dollar Store will not last long, consider Michael's or Hobby Lobby)
Canvas paper or small canvas
Water and paper towel
You can get these items at the Dollar Store, Walmart or a craft shop like Michael's.
Diane will be able to take your questions as we are painting along with her LIVE.
Diane Bishop is an Aortic Dissection survivor of over 17 years. Since her dissection she has dedicated her life to raising awareness aortic disease, advocates for early detection as well as providing support to those in need.
She is the founder of a grassroots group called Aortic Health Unlimited. This group provide essential blood pressure cuffs in their care packages that have been received by newly dissected community members throughout the country.
She is a proud Hope Ambassador and also volunteers with Rock from the Heart.
